Overview
IT has a critical role in integrity of information throughout any accounting cycle, from transaction to financial statements. Adequacy and effectiveness of internal control in information systems, where data is gathered manually or electronically, entered and manipulated by business rules criteria, with results stored and shared with other systems and people, depend in large part on the completeness, accuracy, authorization, and maintenance of application processing. All system processes need controls, so skills are needed to determine the risk of being not meeting those important objectives.
Training Objectives
After completing this training, the attendance is expected to be able to:
1. Be familiar with IT Risk Assessment and Risk management.
2. Understand the detail of IT Risk Management Process and Methodology
3. How how to do the IT Risk Assessment step by step.
4. Be able to effectively support the institution in implementing IT Risk Management process.
Prerequisite
This training is designed specifically for internal, operation, IT Auditors, Security Officer and other related IT dan Auditor Staff
First Day
- Introduction, Terms and Definitions.
- Security Risk Assessment Techniques
- Risk Assessment Workshop Considerations.
Second Day
- IT Governance Risk Management Considerations.
- IT Project Risk Management.
Trainer:
Ir. Herman Josef Kusumadiantho, Mkom, CISA, CISSP, CEI, CEH, EDRP
Having experience in reviewing and the quality assurance of the implementation of Information technology auditing activities and the Information technology security consultancy related activities including periodic review of the DRP testing strategies activities, as advisor at PT. Bank Central Asia.
Also experienced in conducting the quality assurance review of Information technology Audit and Security related engagement projects as TSRS advisor at Ernst and Young Indonesia.
Experienced in managing and coordinating the IBM Computer Centre relocation project from Wisma Metropoitan to Landmark Building
Also more than one year, Supporting PT Unipro Nuansa Indonesia, as Senior Advisor and IT Audit Consultant, and Trainer.
Other Experience:
Experienced in the implementation of IBM Information systems management functions, including the Capacity management, Performance management, and the Service Level Management at IBM computer center, and the hands on support and implementation of various IBM Software systems and applications ( incuding CICS, IMS, RACF, SMS, etc.) installation projects in most of IBM large /Mainframe computer clients .
Experienced in conducting IBM computer training courses including: Systems Design and development, Assembler programming, Cobol Programming, CICS programming, IMS programming and IT project Management
